Medical alert tag requests. We currently ship only within the United States. When you request a free tag, we collect your name, mailing address, email, and tag style so we can mail your tag by USPS. We use this information only to fulfill your request and to contact you about it. We don’t sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. We delete mailing addresses 30 days after shipping.
Stories and surveys. If you submit a story or complete our Take Action Survey (hosted on Google Forms), the information you provide is kept private and is not posted publicly.
Visitor data. We use only anonymized visitor data through our hosting service. We don’t use advertising trackers.
